About Me

So glad to meet you and I’m happy you are here! As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I see clients with a range of concerns but specifically I work with individuals who are needing support with ADHD/ASD, Grief and Loss and Trauma. I also support parents who are looking to navigate their relationships with their children and/or teens. I work with teens (12+) who are needing more individual support for ADHD, ASD, substance misuse and/or self-harm. I also support couples who are interested in relationship counselling and are needing a safe space to work through conflict and develop deeper connections with one another.

I have most recently started to work with couples or individuals who are navigating the complex world of infertility. As someone who has personal experience in this area I feel that I can be of support to families who are going through this journey.

I believe the most important part of counselling is the relationship that we have with one another and I am passionate about connecting with my clients. It would truly be an honour to walk alongside you as you navigate through life’s most difficult moments. Life is not easy and I hope that I can at least make it a little easier for you.

Where am I now? My husband, daughter and I have recently relocated to the beautiful Kelowna area. Please reach out to me for in-person or online counselling.
